Rolls-Royce sells around 100 cars per year in Russia, according to a recent report published by Bloomberg . It also states that the Anglo-German carmaker is not standing still, and is planning to increase that figure with the introduction of the sporty Wraith coupe , just as the country is planning to impose higher taxes on vehicles costing more than the equivalent of $154,700.
