Quick question: who do you think is at (or more at) fault for this near-fatal accident, which ended in the most positive way possible for all parties?
One of the protagonists is the woman in the dash-cam equipped vehicle. She exited the car and attempted to run across the road, near but not on the zebra crossing, while the other participant is the driver of a small sedan who seems to have been going faster than what he should have on a residential road.
