Arguably, the new BMW i8 is the most futuristic car money can buy today south of the trio of hypercars from Ferrari, McLaren and Porsche. It’s certainly not cheap, but it's also not completely unobtainable at $135,700 plus destination and handling in the States (or about $20k more than an M6 Gran Coupe), especially if you prefer fancy cars over a roof above your head.
