Infiniti Boss Confirms QX30 Compact Crossover for 2015, But Why Are We Confused?

We knew about Infiniti's plans to offer the Q30 Concept from last year's Frankfurt Motor Show in 2015, and now, we learn via a Twitter statement from Nissan's chief planning officer, Andy Palmer, that Infiniti boss Johan de Nysschen has just confirmed the production of a QX30 Crossover as well.
