According to a recent report, the next generation of Audi’s A4 sedan may feature a hybrid-integrated Quattro system. It will use two electric motors, one in the transmission case and one on the rear axle – the rear wheels will no longer be connected via prop shaft to the engine; they will be fully electrically-driven.
