NEVS is still having trouble restarting Saab, and although it did make a few cars, those neither signaled the start of production nor the promised switch to fully-electric vehicles.
Well, now, NEVS is announcing it has shacked up with two strategic partners from China, and it’s already announced plans to open a second production facility.
