Chrysler’s engine lineup has benefited a lot from incorporating Fiat technology, most notably the Italian automaker’s electronic valve lift system called MultiAir . In the four-cylinder range, the group overhauled the 2.0- and 2.4-liter engines between 2010 and 2012, but the smaller unit didn't get the fancy new tech, while the larger “Tigershark” did.
