So, a week on the dot after Hyundai officially unveiled the second generation of its Genesis sedan during a special event in its home market of Korea last Tuesday, the country's biggest carmaker dropped the first series of videos of the luxury model.
Hyundai included commercial and promotional videos as well as tech clips of the car, and even though they are in Korean, the visuals will let you know what the company wants to say - like, that it can go sideways on the Nurburgring...
Bigger with a length of 4,990mm (196.5in), width of 1,890mm (74.4in) and height of 1,480mm (58.2in), but also sharper looking than its predecessor - according to most accounts at least, the Genesis will first go on sale in Korea where Hyundai expects to deliver 32,000 units next year, and then globally where the company is targeting 30,000 annual sales.
In the U.S., the new Genesis will make its local debut at the Detroit Motor Show next month before it goes on sale later in 2014, available with both V6 and V8 engines, as well as the option of AWD for the very first time.
