There’s no denying it. Alfa Romeo ’s glory days are well in the past, though it’s not clear when the sporty-flavored Italian manufacturer was most prominent – it made cars you’d like to buy and own as an enthusiast well into the 1970s and 1980s, though some would argue the Alfa-wave reached its peak and then broke much earlier in its history, when cars were far curvier and sexier than they are now.
