Lotus Owner Says Company Shakeup Is Complete, New Esprit Lost in the Process

The Malaysian owners of Lotus (and primarily Proton), DRB-Hicom have announced that they have completed the overhaul that the British sports car maker and engineering firm desperately needed, and is already reporting improved sales. They can already attest to the sale of 80 cars this year through May, which represents a significantly larger number than what was recorded in 2012, which yielded a yearly sales figure of 70 units.
